The Stinger is a legendary fighting skill but not obtainable through a skill shrine. Unlock its power in the dashboard!
Getting the stinger is a bit tricky but worth the work. In order to do so, please open the dashboard of your choice or the prefaulator's terminal. Either way, activate the trace log to see the needed data. Then you need to perform this command first:
player progression showskills PlayerName
Now read the console's answer carefully. It lists all skills that player can obtain. Each skill has a unique slot number counting upwards. Look for the Stinger and then perform this second command with the Stinger's slot number:
player progression buyskill SlotNumber false
